At ICC STEM, you'll have the opportunity to teach, inspire, organise events, support competitions, build school partnerships and contribute to the growth of one of Australia's innovative STEM education organisations.

This is more than just a teaching role. Depending on your skills, experience and career interests, you may develop into either a STEM Education pathway or a School Partnerships and Innovation pathway.

About ICC STEM

ICC STEM specialises in innovative STEM education, delivering engaging programs in Drone Education, Coding and Emerging Technologies.

We deliver hands-on STEM programs across a growing network of schools, education organisations and community partners throughout Sydney.

Our students have proudly represented Australia in international Drone Soccer competitions, and ICC STEM continues to expand through national competitions, international collaborations, STEM events and industry partnerships.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for talented people who want to grow with us.

Responsibilities may include:

Deliver engaging STEM lessons and workshops





Teach Drone Education and technology programs

Coach students preparing for STEM competitions

Support holiday programs and special STEM events

Inspire students through hands-on learning experiences

2. School Partnerships and Innovation

Perfect for applicants who enjoy communication, relationship building and project coordination.

Responsibilities may include:

Develop relationships with schools and education partners

Support education exhibitions, STEM events and competitions

Assist with marketing and social media initiatives

Coordinate school programs and community engagement

Prepare proposals, presentations and partnership materials

Support new projects and strategic initiatives as ICC STEM grows

Training will be provided across both pathways.

University students, recent graduates and professionals are all encouraged to apply.

Teaching experience is an advantage but not essential—we value enthusiasm,
