St Leonards | FMCG | Career Progression into National Account Management

Are you looking to build a long-term career in FMCG sales and account management?

We're partnering with one of Australia's leading independent grocery sales and merchandising agencies to recruit a National Account Coordinator. Working with some of Australia's most recognised grocery and consumer brands, this is an opportunity to join a growing business that genuinely develops its people.

Supporting experienced National Customer Managers, you'll play a key role in managing supplier accounts across Australia's independent grocery channel, gaining exposure to Metcash, leading MSO groups and major independent retailers.

What you'll be doing

You'll become the operational engine behind several national customer accounts by:

- Preparing customer presentations and business reviews
- Producing sales reports, analysis and commercial insights
- Monitoring promotional performance and distribution
- Coordinating current product launches and promotional activity
- Supporting supplier and retailer relationships
- Working closely with internal merchandising teams to ensure flawless execution
- Managing account administration and following up key actions




- Assisting National Customer Managers with day-to-day account management

This is a hands-on commercial role that provides broad exposure to national accounts and a genuine pathway into National Account Management.

About you

You'll ideally have experience in FMCG, grocery, sales support, or account coordination and enjoy working in a fast-paced commercial environment.

We're looking for someone who brings:

- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence using Excel and PowerPoint
- Outstanding organisational skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
