Western Australia's premier jeweller, Linneys, a family owned & operated company, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Sales Consultant
with a strong interest in luxury and fine jewellery to join our sales team in
Perth.
The role
As a Sales Representative, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience by helping clients find/create the perfect jewellery for every occasion.
You will build lasting relationships with customers, provide expert product advice, and contribute to achieving sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and professionalism.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about luxury retail, enjoys working in a customer-focused environment, and takes pride in creating memorable shopping experiences.
Preferred Skills & Experience
· Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within jewellery, luxury goods, fashion, or premium customer service.
· Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
· Confidence in selling products while understanding customer needs.
· Excellent presentation and professionalism.
· Robust attention to detail when handling jewellery and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
· Reliable, flexible, and available to work
weekends
(Essential requirement).
· Computer and point-of-sale (POS) system skills.
· A positive attitude, initiative, proactive and a willingness to learn about gemstones, diamonds, precious metals, and jewellery products.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
· Experience/qualifications in jewellery design or gemmology are not required but are desirable.
