With recent clients arriving and local services expanding, we need a permanent, Full time Team Leader to lead our growing workforce.
The Rewards

The Role
Mentor: Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse team of Support Workers.Quality: Manage service delivery, reporting, and safety for clients in the community.Establish: Help build Westhaven's reputation for excellence in the Tamworth region.
What You Need
Experience: Leadership background in disability, mental health, or complex needs.Skills: High emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and a person-centred approach.Flexibility:
Available for shifts between 6am–10pm (min. 3 days/week).
Compliance: NSW Driver's Licence, WWCC, NDISWC, First Aid & CPR
