You will manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts, building executive relationships and driving adoption, retention and growth.
You will mentor teammates, lead cross-functional initiatives and coach others in customer success best practices, while guiding executive reviews and strategic workshops to maximise value and long-term partnerships.
