We are searching for a Club Manager for our beautiful Club at Crestmead!
This is an excellent chance for the right person, with commencement ASAP!
As the Club Manager, you'll be the heart of our gym - creating a welcoming workplace and driving the success of the business.
You will enjoy working in a health club environment, have a friendly, outgoing personality and genuinely care about changing people's lives!
We are looking for:
A dynamic, outgoing personality who can lead, inspire and motivate a team
Previous Management, Supervisory or Team Lead experience - ideally in hospitality, retail or the fitness industry
Passionate about health and fitness and maintaining high standards of club cleanliness and safety - you do not need to be an athlete!
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
While sales experience is a plus, it's not essential - we hire for great attitude, and we are so happy to provide extensive training to those who have it!
Current (or willing to obtain) First Aid and CPR Certificate, Blue Card
Key tasks:
Drive the growth of the club's membership base through a proactive sales approach and community outreach
Develop and maintain a high-performing team that delivers exceptional member service
Promote a positive, inclusive club culture that aligns with the Anytime Fitness brand
Ensure the club meets its financial objectives and maintains operational efficiency
Plan and implement marketing strategies to continuously attract recent members
