We are currently looking to hire an Associate level solicitor to join a market leading health litigation team in Sydney. In this role, you will be offered a unique blend of work, exposure to market leading partners, award winning training and clear opportunities for career progression.

About the role

You will be acting in the defence of large, complex health claims across a range of medical specialties and jurisdictions including the Supreme Court, District Court and Coroners Court of both Recent South Wales and Queensland.

Key Responsibilities

- Accountable for drafting pleadings and preparing evidentiary materials
- Formulating litigation and regulatory strategies




- Collaborating closely with clients.

About you You will have 2+ years PAE in health litigation matters.

Additionally, you will have:

- Excellent written, drafting and verbal communication skills
- highly motivated individual with exceptional academic achievements
