About Role As a member of the brushcutting team, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing green spaces across our various commercial sites or council-controlled roadsides and open spaces.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work.

Responsibilities Include

- Servicing of council roadside assets across municipality of greater Dandenong
- Role will include brushcutting, some herbicide application and light horticulture work
- Operate various equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
- Ensure open spaces are maintained to a high standard.
- Assist with other groundskeeping tasks as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.

About You

- Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field will be looked upon favourably.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
- Mush have a valid Drivers licence
- Have a National Police Check & Working with Children's Check (willing to obtain)
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun.




- Robust work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Valid Manual Drivers Licence.
