An opportunity has become available for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our Completed Homes team. This is a tightly held role within a high performing division, suited to someone who thrives in a customer led environment and wants to focus on selling quality homes without the pressure of listing.

Henley is a market leader in recent home design, sustainability and innovation, with a reputation built over decades. Our Ready Built homes allow customers to move sooner, with certainty and confidence, and your role is central to that experience.

About the role

This is not a traditional agency role. You will focus solely on selling Henley’s Completed Homes, supported by established systems, strong brand recognition and a steady pipeline of product.





You will work closely with customers from enquiry through to sale, delivering a seamless and professional experience at every stage. Success in this role comes from consistency, follow up and genuine care for the customer journey.

This is a commission based role and responsibilities include:

- Consulting with customers to understand their needs and match them to suitable completed homes
- Providing clear, accurate and compliant information throughout the sales process
- Proactively managing leads, follow ups and database activity
- Conducting open homes and private inspections
- Delivering a high standard of service aligned to Henley’s sales procedures
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to support smooth outcomes
- Contributing positively to team culture, capability and performance
