Wulguru is seeking a full-time Early Childhood Teacher to join our established and supportive team in Wulguru, Queensland. Location: Mayfield Early Education Wulguru, Queensland

Key Responsibilities Plan and implement play-based kinder programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Lead a team of passionate Educators to deliver program

Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in a secure and inclusive environment

Contribute to documentation, observations, and learning outcomes

Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members





Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework and service policies

Work across operating hours on a rotating roster between 6:30am - 6:30pm Skills And Experience Required Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved qualification or equivalent)

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working in an early childhood education setting.

Demonstrated knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and Child Safe Standards

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to contribute to a positive, compliant, and high-quality learning environment Mandatory Requirements Valid Working with Children Check / Blue Card

Child Protection training

First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to obtain)
