This is an exciting chance to join the finance team of a high-growth, private equity-backed organisation in a newly created role with unique and commercial role where your analysis and insights will contribute directly to strategic decision-making, investment evaluation and portfolio performance.
Working closely with the Financial Controller and CFO, you will partner with senior leaders across the business and have direct exposure to the organisation's private equity investors.
- Support the evaluation of new investment and growth opportunities, including financial analysis and scenario modelling
- Prepare insightful financial analysis and presentations for the Board, executive team and private equity investors
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and broader financial planning activities
- Translate financial and operational data into meaningful commercial insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with operational and commercial stakeholders to understand business drivers and performance.
- Contribute to the development of tools to improve decision-making
About you Have a background in big 4 corporate finance (transaction services, M&A;, modelling or vals), or have a combination of audit/business services + experience in an Analyst role with solid modelling capability
CA/CPA or CFA qualifications are highly regarded
Bring a balance of strong excel and financial model review (it not build) experience and have an interest in applying your skills in a commercial setting
