About the role

As an HC (Heavy Combination) Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and productive transportation of refrigerated goods across regional NSW. Based at our Tamworth depot, this part-time role involves a set run 3 afternoons a week. This offers the opportunity for regular driving routes and a consistent work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operating refrigerated semi-trailers to transport goods across regional NSW
- Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle roadworthiness
- Adhering to all relevant road transport regulations and company policies
- Maintaining accurate logbooks and trip documentation




- Providing exceptional customer service by delivering goods on time and in excellent condition
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles as required

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

- Valid HC drivers’ licence
- Minimum 2 years’ experience driving refrigerated semi-trailers or B-doubles
- Physical fitness for manual unloading
- Ability to operate a heavy vehicle in a professional & safe manner
- Knowledge of regional NSW road networks and transport regulations
- Ability to pass a medical examination, including drug and alcohol testing
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently
- A willingness to learn and be trained on electronic equipment, such as tablets, for reporting and monitoring driving hours
- A strong Think Protected attitude
