About the prospect This is an opportunity to join an established Australian-owned consumer products business entering an exciting phase of growth. With investment across new product development, retail expansion, media partnerships and brand evolution, the business is looking for a commercially minded Head of Marketing to help shape its next chapter.

This is a genuine all-rounder role, taking ownership of the marketing function from strategy and creative direction through to execution and delivery. You'll have the autonomy to influence the direction of the brand while remaining hands-on in bringing ideas to life. This isn't a corporate environment with layers of marketing support.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building, creating and doing - someone equally comfortable discussing commercial strategy with the CEO as they are rolling up their sleeves to make things happen.

About You

You're a commercially minded marketer who enjoys owning the whole picture. You've successfully built premium consumer brands and are just as comfortable developing strategy as you are executing it. You don't see leadership as stepping away from the detail - in fact, that's where you thrive.

Your background will come from premium brands within FMCG, lifestyle, apparel, beauty, wellness or another premium consumer category, where you've taken ideas from concept through to market.



You understand how to balance creativity with commercial outcomes and can move seamlessly across brand, retail, digital, trade marketing, partnerships, agencies and product launches. You're proactive, resourceful and energised by environments where you can make decisions quickly, wear multiple hats and see the direct impact of your work.
