Pepo Botanic Design is a leading landscape design and horticultural company based in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. Since 2000, we’ve been transforming and maintaining beautiful residential gardens, with many of our original clients still with us today.

We are currently seeking experienced Horticulturists and a Team Leader to join our dedicated and friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside landscape designers, landscape architects, and horticulture professionals on some of Sydney’s most stunning private gardens.

About the Role

You will be working in a team of two, maintaining and developing high-end residential gardens with meticulous attention to detail. The role includes regular garden maintenance and new garden installations.

Essential Requirements

- Enthusiastic, passionate and self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills — respectful and effective with both clients and colleagues
- Proven ability to carry out all gardening tasks in residential settings
- Strong plant knowledge, including pests and diseases
- Horticulture qualifications (or currently studying)
- High attention to detail
- White Card





Preferred Skills & Experience

- Minimum 3+ years industry experience
- Current driver’s license (manual preferred)
- Site supervision and basic construction skills
- Ability to carry out basic administrative tasks
- General knowledge of irrigation systems
- Understanding of seasonal garden tasks (e.g. soil improvement)

General Responsibilities

- Skilled in pruning, hedging, weeding, and overall garden care
- Competent with hand tools and small motorised equipment
- Cleaning and maintenance of tools and machinery
- Follow instructions and comply with all WHS procedures and requirements
