The Role
We are seeking a Junior Lawyer (1–2 years PAE) to join our team. You will be working with our Principal Lawyer, Anita Ward, as well as our other practitioners.
This position is full-time and you will work across a diverse range of legal matters, including:
- Residential and commercial property transactions
- Retail and commercial leasing
- Farming Lease Agreements
- Business sales, purchases,
and structuring
- Commercial contracts and advisory
- Wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
This is a hands on role offering direct client contact, mentorship from experienced practitioners, and the opportunity to develop solid foundations in property and commercial law.
About You
You will be
- A lawyer (admitted with 1+ years post qualification experience)
- Interested in property and commercial law, with a genuine desire to build a career in these areas
- Detail-oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
- A team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
