About the Opportunity

This is a junior, hands-on Property Manager role supporting a growing portfolio of short-term-letting apartments at Jewel Surfers Paradise. The portfolio currently sits at 10–15 apartments and is set to grow to 35–60+ over the next year or two as the ownership group brings more units in-house under its own management.

You'll report to the General Manager and Building Manager, and work closely with the on-site cleaning team and a 24/7 backup service team to keep check-in, check-out and day-to-day operations running smoothly.

This a genuine stepping-stone role — not a wind-down one. As the portfolio scales, so does the chance.

What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinating day-to-day check-in and check-out for a fast-growing short-term letting portfolio
- Liaising confidently with apartment owners, the cleaning team and the sales team




- Keeping operations running smoothly alongside a 24/7 backup service team
- Contributing to the smooth onboarding of new apartments as the portfolio grows

What We're Looking For

- 2–3 years' experience in property management with genuine short-term/holiday letting exposure OR a hospitality, reservations or guest services background used to a fast-paced check-in/check-out environment
- Comfortable and confident liaising with owners and internal teams
- Based locally on the Gold Coast
- Genuine energy and ambition — you're looking for a role to grow into, not out of

What's On Offer

- $65,000–$75,000 base salary
- A real growth path as the portfolio triples in size, with room to grow alongside the Building Manager as the wider portfolio expands
