Junior Strata Manager | Leading Boutique Brand | Up to $95k package + Comms + WFH Options An excellent opportunity is available for an Assistant Strata Manager or Junior Strata Manager to join a boutique strata management business based on the Gold Coast.
This role would suit someone currently working in strata administration or managment who is ready to build a long-term career in strata management.
You will be supported by an experienced team and given the chance to develop your skills across body corporate management, committee communication, meetings, compliance and day-to-day portfolio support.
The Role
- Supporting the management of body corporate schemes
- Assisting with committee communication and owner enquiries
- Preparing meeting agendas, minutes and correspondence
- Coordinating maintenance requests, contractors and compliance items
- Assisting with insurance, budgets, levies and scheme administration
- Attending committee and general meetings
- Learning Queensland body corporate legislation and best-practice processes
- Building strong relationships with owners, committees and service providers
- Working closely with the internal team to deliver a high level of client service
About You
- Previous experience in strata, body corporate, property management or real estate administration
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- A proactive and professional approach
- Confidence dealing with clients, committees and contractors
- The ability to manage competing priorities
- A genuine interest in building a career in strata management
- Knowledge of Queensland body corporate legislation will be highly regarded, but is not essential
