Uniting AgeWell in Mildura is seeking a Community Registered Nurse to join our Home Care team on a permanent full time basis (Mon-Fri). You will perform in-home assessments, care planning and clinical support for clients in the Mildura region, coordinating with allied health professionals and delivering person-centred care.
Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA Div 1 registration and have 3–5 years of nursing experience in community settings.
