As Sharon AI continues to grow, we're seeking a hands-on Network Administrator to support and optimise the sovereign network infrastructure that powers our AI platforms across multiple data centre environments.

Working closely with our Infrastructure, Platform and Security teams, you'll be responsible for maintaining secure, high-performance networking, supporting infrastructure deployments, monitoring production environments and helping scale the networking backbone behind next-generation AI workloads.

What You'll Be Doing

- Maintain and optimise high-performance data centre and cluster networking environments.
- Configure, support and troubleshoot enterprise networking platforms including NVIDIA Mellanox/Spectrum, Cisco, Juniper and Mikrotik.
- Support low-latency, high-throughput networking environments powering GPU and compute-intensive workloads.
- Maintain cloud networking and hybrid connectivity solutions, including AWS Direct Connect and Azure ExpressRoute.
- Configure and support routing technologies including eBGP, EVPN, IPv4, IPv6 and public internet routing.




- Manage network security technologies including firewalls, IDS/IPS and network access control systems while proactively monitoring vulnerabilities.
- Monitor network health, investigate alerts and resolve production performance, stability and connectivity issues.
- Troubleshoot Linux networking and operating system-level network stacks.
- Support networking across virtualised and containerised environments including KVM, Docker and Kubernetes.
- Assist with network capacity planning, performance tuning and infrastructure scaling.
- Collaborate closely with Infrastructure, Platform and Security teams to support deployments, troubleshooting and ongoing operational improvements.

What We're Looking For

- Strong experience supporting enterprise and data centre networking environments.
- Hands-on experience with networking technologies including NVIDIA Mellanox/Spectrum, Cisco, Juniper and Mikrotik.
- Strong understanding of routing and switching technologies including eBGP, EVPN, IPv4 and IPv6.
- Experience supporting cloud networking and hybrid connectivity across AWS and Azure environments.
- Knowledge of network security technologies including firewalls, IDS/IPS and network access control.
- Experience monitoring,



troubleshooting and resolving network incidents within production environments.
- Strong Linux administration and network troubleshooting skills.
- Experience supporting networking within virtualised and containerised environments such as KVM, Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of network capacity planning, performance optimisation and scalability.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across technical teams.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Highly Regarded

- Experience supporting GPU clusters or AI infrastructure environments.
- Exposure to high-performance networking technologies and low-latency switching fabrics.
- Experience working within large-scale data centre or cloud infrastructure environments.
- Familiarity with zero trust networking and modern security architectures.
- Experience working in highly available, mission-critical production environments.
