We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Network Reliability Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, stability, and performance of enterprise network infrastructure while proactively identifying and resolving issues to maintain seamless business operations.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Design, implement, and maintain highly available and reliable network infrastructure.

? Monitor network performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact operations.

? Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents, outages, and performance bottlenecks.

? Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless network solutions.

? Implement network redundancy, disaster recovery, and failover strategies.

? Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and DevOps teams to improve network resilience and scalability.

? Develop automation and monitoring solutions to enhance network reliability and operational efficiency.

? Maintain accurate technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures.

✅ REQUIREMENTS

?? Must be legally eligible to work in Australia.

? Applicants must hold one of the following:

- Australian Citizen
- Australian Permanent Resident
- Valid Australian Work Visa with full work rights





❌ Applicants holding a Visitor Visa, Tourist Visa, or any visa without work rights are not eligible for this position. ? Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.

? Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, and network protocols.

?️ Experience with enterprise networking equipment and security technologies, including Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar platforms.

? Experience with network monitoring, performance analysis, and incident management tools.

⚙️ Knowledge of network automation, scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell), and cloud networking concepts is an advantage.

? Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

? Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
