Barwon Health is seeking an experienced pharmacist to lead medicines strategy and formulary management. You will oversee the organisation's medication formulary and support the Medicines and Therapeutics Committee, ensuring safe, effective and cost-productive use of medicines across the network.
You will contribute to procurement strategies, shortage management, quality improvement initiatives and pharmacy reporting systems in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
