We are seeking a passionate and customer focused individual to join us as our next Operations Controller, supporting our South Australian growth, based out at Wingfield SA.
Be a part of an ever-changing environment, where you will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with subcontractor drivers.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Scheduling sub-contractor truck drivers for various jobs (including civil construction)
- Providing a professional and effective service to customers, contractors and internal stakeholders
- Supporting compliance by ensuring adherence to NHVR Regulations and COR regulations
- Assisting in the recruiting and onboarding of new contractors
About you:
- Experience in fleet allocation or scheduling (preferably within the transport, civil construction or Earthmoving Industry)
- Has existing relationships with subcontractor drivers from the earthworks / construction industry (preferable)
- Work collaboratively in a small close-knit team
- Ability to prioritise effectively
- Able to work an occasional Saturday (additional pay applies)
