The Role and Duties

This is a permanent, full time Paralegal opportunity supporting the firm’s Corporate practice, with some additional work across Dispute Resolution matters.

Duties will include

- Drafting and formatting agreements, resolutions, board minutes and ASIC filings
- Assisting with corporate transactions, document execution and closing processes
- Supporting company secretarial and governance work
- Maintaining corporate records and statutory registers
- Assisting with ASIC lodgements and regulatory compliance
- Managing transaction documents, deadlines and key timelines
- Liaising with clients, external counsel and internal stakeholders
- Preparing hearing bundles and assisting with case management




- Conducting legal research, due diligence and maintaining precedents

About You

This is a career paralegal position, so unfortunately this firm will not consider law students, or graduates.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

- 1-2 years' Paralegal experience within a corporate or commercial
- Exposure to corporate advisory, transactions or disputes work
- An understanding of corporate structures and company secretarial processes
- Familiarity with ASIC requirements
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, flexible and enthusiastic approach
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
