Lyra Technology Group is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join All IT Services in Brookvale, Sydney. You’ll split time between the office and client sites, delivering onsite and remote support across cloud, desktop, server and networking environments.
You will implement and support Microsoft 365, Azure AD (Entra ID) and Intune, troubleshoot networking issues, and work on installations and project work. Robust communication and a proactive, customer-focused approach are essential.
