About

Dinosaur Designs is currently seeking experienced Casual Retail Associates to join our Sydney team, working across our CBD and Paddington store locations. A passion for fashion, design, and exceptional customer service is essential, as you will be assisting customers with styling and sales to create memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Be driven and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Love retail, jewellery, homewares and people.
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide the highest level of customer service.
- Have an eye for detail and enjoy maintaining product displays.
- Have a positive attitude and the ability to understand and embrace our company philosophy.
- Be passionate about art and design.





To succeed in this role, you will

- A minimum of 3 years experience in fashion, design or beauty retail, ideally in a high‑end or luxury environment
- A mature, confident approach when engaging with clients
- A strong sense of personal style and polished presentation
- Flexibility with rosters, from Wednesday-Sunday. Weekend availability required.
- A cooperative spirit and ability to thrive in a small, close-knit team
