About The Position We are currently seeking a Payroll Data Entry Officer for an urgent short-term assignment based in Edinburgh. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the payroll function, processing high volumes of employee data while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter payroll information for 200-250 employees daily
- Follow up and obtain missing payroll information
- Save and maintain payroll records using naming conventions
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness at all times
- Support payroll administration and document management activities

Skills And Experience Required

- Previous data entry or payroll administration experience
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage high volumes of data efficiently
- Solid organisational and time management skills
- Can start immediately
