We are seeking a PeopleSoft Developer with strong hands-on experience in PeopleSoft development and support, particularly within the Campus Solutions (CS) environment.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Enhancement

- Design, build, and maintain custom PeopleSoft modifications (Mods)
- Develop and support standalone bolt-on applications
- Enhance existing Campus Solutions functionality
- Maintain application stability and performance

Technical Delivery

- Deliver technical solutions primarily within PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (CS)
- Work across PeopleSoft pillars (CS, HCM, FSCM) where required
- Participate in system upgrades and PUM retrofit activities

Production Support

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Investigate defects and implement fixes
- Provide ongoing operational support for PeopleSoft applications

Agile Delivery

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including:
- Sprint planning
- Daily stand-ups
- Backlog refinement
- Sprint reviews
- Deliver user stories, technical tasks, and bug fixes iteratively

Mandatory Technical Skills The candidate must have proven hands-on expertise in:

- PeopleSoft Activity Guides (Fluid & Classic)
- Approval Framework / Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)




- Application Packages
- Advanced Object-Oriented PeopleCode Development

Desired Experience

- Strong PeopleSoft development experience
- Experience in Campus Solutions (CS) preferred
- Experience with HCM or FSCM also acceptable
- Strong troubleshooting and support capability
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
