Saltworth is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead the Port Kembla manufacturing team. You will manage 16 process workers across multiple lines, coordinate production schedules, and maintain safety and quality standards to ensure on-time delivery.
Based at our Port Kembla facility, the role blends people leadership with planning, inventory control and continuous improvement, working closely with engineering, quality, warehouse and supply chain teams to optimise production flow.
