In this role, you will have a direct impact on the developer experience across our organisation. You will lead the design and implementation of new features, mentor engineering colleagues, and collaborate to drive continuous improvement, helping to build complete end-to-end products.

What You Offer

Experience working in DevOps environments.

Hands-on coding experience in languages like Go, Java, or TypeScript, with a focus on back-end development for tooling.

Experience with CI/CD platforms like GitHub, machine-readable registries, and applied automation.

Ability to lead complex technical initiatives and mentor other developers, shaping system architecture and design.
