Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking an experienced HSEQ Compliance Manager to lead quarry compliance across Queensland. You will partner with Quarry Managers and the National HSEQ team to strengthen systems, guide operations and drive consistent standards.

You’ll influence frontline leaders, coach teams and monitor regulatory changes to deliver sustainable compliance outcomes across multiple sites in the region.
