About the Role

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a proactive and commercially focused Procurement Officer to centrally manage and coordinate procurement activities across the Group. Reporting to the Group Manager Fleet, Property and Procurement, this role plays a critical part in delivering value-for-money outcomes, strong supplier governance, and safe, compliant procurement practices aligned with AVADA’s SAFE values: Skillful, Reliable, Helpful and Professional.

Role Responsibilities:

- Analyse procurement spend and identify cost-saving and value improvement opportunities
- Coordinate and manage fleet, equipment, fuel, and corporate procurement activities
- Establish and maintain contracts, preferred supplier arrangements, and pricing schedule
- Work with HSEQ and Operations to source safe, compliant, fit-for-purpose equipment
- Educate internal stakeholders on procurement policies, systems, and compliance
- Support fleet schedules and ensure spend aligns with approved budget
- Maintain accurate procurement systems, supplier data, and spend visibility
- Develop and maintain the Annual Procurement Pla
- Manage sourcing processes including RFQs, RFTs, and RFP
- Build and manage strong supplier relationships

Qualifications:

- Qualifications in Business, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in procurement, sourcing, and contract management
- Experience in fleet, logistics, construction, or operational environment

and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercial mindset with high attention to detail
- Collaborative, hands-on approach and willingness to continuously improve
