PHN Hunter New England and Central Coast – Newcastle NSW is seeking a Commissioning Coordinator – Urgent Care with clinical experience to design, commission and improve urgent care and after-hours GP services to make timely care accessible closer to home.

The role involves working with clinicians, providers, Health Districts and community stakeholders to develop creative urgent care services that strengthen care pathways and reduce ED pressure.
