Experiences & Requirements
- Proven leadership experiences in the packaging industry.
- Prior experience with flexo printing machines
- Full working rights in Australia
- Lead a team of 15-20 operators
- Supervise daily production to achieve output, quality, and delivery targets.
- Lead, train, and manage production teams while promoting a safe work environment.
- Monitor KPIs, minimise downtime and waste, and drive continuous improvement.
