We’re looking for an exceptional Store Manager to lead our front-of-store team, inspire excellence in customer service and help drive the continued growth of our business.

About the Role

As Store Manager you’ll be responsible for leading the retail operation and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading, mentoring and developing the retail team.
- Coordinating the supply of high-end organic and nutritional products to the like-minded customers.
- Creating a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
- Delivering outstanding customer service.




- Managing stock levels, merchandising and promotional displays.
- Driving retail sales and achieving store performance goals.
- Working closely with pharmacists to support integrated healthcare services.
- Rostering, recruitment and staff training.
- Maintaining high presentation standards throughout the store.
- Identifying opportunities to grow retail and health categories.

About You

You’ll ideally have:

- Previous management experience in either grocery, community pharmacy, health retail or a similar customer-focused workplace.
- A genuine interest in clean, organic products for nutrition and wellness
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Strong retail merchandising and inventory management experience.
- A passion for coaching and developing others.
- A positive attitude and the ability to lead by example.
- Experience with pharmacy retail systems will be highly regarded but is not essential.
