Project Coordinator | Data Centre Project | Ongoing Contract

Are you an experienced Project Coordinator looking to join one of Australia's leading commercial builders on a landmark project?

Design & Build Recruitment is seeking a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to join a highly regarded Tier 1 commercial contractor, supporting the delivery of a major data centre project located in Melbourne's western suburbs.

This is an ongoing contract opportunity with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

The Role Working closely with the Project Manager and wider site team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day coordination of one of Melbourne's most significant data centre developments.

Your responsibilities will include

- Coordinating project documentation and maintaining accurate project records
- Managing RFIs, drawings, subcontractor documentation and project correspondence
- Assisting with procurement and contract administration processes
- Supporting project reporting, scheduling and stakeholder communication
- Liaising with consultants, subcontractors and the site team to keep the project running efficiently




- Ensuring all documentation is up to date and compliant throughout the project lifecycle

About You To be successful, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator within commercial construction
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Experience working on large-scale commercial, industrial or data centre projects (preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced project setting
- Full Australian working rights
