Job Overview

This casual field sales merchandiser role covers merchandising for stores in the Ferntree Gully, Boronia, Bayswater and Wantirna areas. The role requires an average of 14 hours per week, mainly on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Additional hours are available during peak periods.

Responsibilities

- Build solid relationships with customers and the sales team by being reliable, efficient, and communicating effectively.
- Build displays of products in line with company standards and the pre‑agreed locations.
- Use impactful point‑of‑sale displays to generate shopper interest.
- Ensure products are always available on shelf for purchase.
- Continuously look for additional opportunities to enhance shopper experience.

Requirements

- Must have personal vehicle covered by car insurance.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Ability to work during school hours and flexible with availability (preferably Wednesdays and Thursdays).
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Must be energetic,



motivated and able to work independently.
