NAB East Maitland is seeking a Branch Customer Advisor to deliver a seamless, customer‑centred banking experience across East Maitland, Singleton, Muswellbrook and Newcastle branches. You’ll be the first contact for customers, helping identify suitable products and services, and promoting self-service banking.
This role requires a licence and transport; mileage is paid. Hours are Mon–Fri, with coverage across our local branches to ensure consistent service and support for customers.
