NewCold is seeking a mid-senior WHS & Compliance Manager to join our recent Marsden Park facility in Northwest Sydney. You will establish WHS systems, culture and standards within a fully automated site, working with operations, engineering and leadership to embed a strong safety-first mindset.
This role offers exposure to high-risk environments, with opportunities to lead ISO 45001 implementation, audits, and continuous improvement across the site and wider organisation.
