CSB is seeking a CRM & Loyalty Specialist to own and optimise our customer retention strategy across CRM, lifecycle marketing and CSB Rewards.

You’ll design journeys, manage campaigns across Email, SMS and Push, and partner with Data and Tech to improve performance while growing loyalty. Hybrid work on the Gold Coast with a focus on delivering premium customer experiences and measurable improvements in repeat purchases.
