About the opportunity

As Retail Data & Insights Manager, you will lead our Retail Analytics function in providing data-informed business decisions, supporting the development and delivery of Australia Post's P26 strategic objectives while optimising the day-to-day operations of the Post Office network.

Reporting to the Head of Customer and Retail Analytics, you will design,



structure and maintain key data and analytics assets as well as leading data-driven initiatives for the Retail Business Unit. The role is critical in ensuring both support office, but also the Post Office front of house teams can access key data required for superior customer outcomes and efficient store management.
