About the Role
As a Retail Team Member, you'll help create a welcoming experience for every customer by:
- Preparing quality coffee and beverages
- Serving our delicious donuts and other products
- Delivering friendly and genuine customer service
- Operating the POS and handling customer transactions
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-presented store
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
- Working closely with your team to keep the store running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused
- Reliable and punctual
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- A outstanding team player with a willingness to learn
- Previous retail, hospitality, or barista experience is highly regarded, but not essential
Availability – Essential Requirement
To be considered for this role, you'll need to be available to work weekday opening and midday shifts, with rostered hours typically falling between 8:00 AM and 7:45 PM. This position has been created to support our weekday roster, so availability during these times is essential. The more flexible your weekday availability, the more opportunities you'll have to work.
