IFYS is recruiting for Residential Youth Workers in the Cairns region to provide a protected, therapeutic environment for young people in residential care. You will support and de‑escalate challenging behaviours, build trust, and plan activities aligned with care plans, while helping youths develop essential life skills in daily routines.
The role requires a QLD Working with Children Blue Card or application in process, a current Queensland driver’s license, and the ability to provide references.
