About the Role

Would you like to be part of a business helping Australia’s hyper‑growth ISVs innovate and exceed revenue goals? We are seeking an experienced Account Executive for selling to strategic ISVs and expanding the business with our Australian ISV customers. The Account Executive will set a long‑term strategy and execute daily to grow customers, building and maintaining broad relationships, developing and managing opportunities, and facilitating a large team of extended resources.

Key Job Responsibilities

- Team with all aspects of the customer’s organization, including C‑level executives, product, engineering, IT/operations, partner organisation, and sales.
- Build relationships across an account using creative systems thinking, visioning, and collaboration with an extended team to address all ISV customer needs.
- Sell at the most strategic (C‑level) within the account and implement a broad strategy for earning customer acceptance and service implementation.
- Collaborate with all appropriate AWS resources (Executives,



Partner, Support, Solution Architect) to support customer interests and advocate for the customer in harmony with AWS business needs.
- Drive new service adoption and new line of business development, with dotted‑line responsibility for partnership and technical collaboration.

Qualifications

- Basic Qualification: Experience using Microsoft Excel.
- Preferred Qualification: Experience with AWS.
