Shellharbour Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Cook or Chef to deliver high standards of food service and customer satisfaction. The role is casual with potential to become permanent part-time, shifts from 7.30am to 5:30pm, and requires autonomy and robust teamwork.
Candidates should have at least 2 years in kitchen production, a Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery (or Trade Certificate), a solid understanding of HACCP and NSW Food Authority guidelines, and excellent communication
