Food and Beverage Attendant – Upper Ross Hotel. Casual role focused on providing warm, engaging service with a passion for pub food and drinks. You’ll help create memorable experiences for guests by sharing product knowledge and delivering excellent service from open to close.

Responsibilities

- Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and ensuring every visit is memorable.
- Share passion for our products and recommend the right meal or drink to enhance a guest’s day.
- Deliver top‑notch customer service and make every interaction enjoyable and memorable.
- Maintain high standards of service throughout the shift and contribute to a positive guest experience from start to finish.

Inherent requirements

This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g., moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

- You hold a current RSA certificate and have adaptable availability.
