Northern Health is seeking a Lead Family/Carer Peer Support Worker to guide and supervise level 3 peer workers within the Merri-bek Community Team in the Mental Health Division. This permanent part time role (4 days/week) will provide peer support to families and carers using lived experience to inform treatment planning and advocacy.
The role is based in Coburg with occasional work from the Broadmeadows Hume Team, contributing to leadership initiatives across the team.
