Bistro Thierry in Hawksburn is seeking a full time Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations and help deliver a high-quality dining experience in a well-established hospitality venue.
You will oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, manage staffing and rosters, supervise reservations and service flow, train floor staff, monitor costs, assist budgeting and reporting, and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety and liquor licensing.
