About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated SEE Teacher to join our team. The successful applicant will deliver high-quality training and support to adult learners participating in the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) Program. You will empower students to build their language, literacy, numeracy, and digital skills to improve their confidence, employment opportunities, and pathway to further education.

Key Responsibilities - Plan, deliver, and assess engaging SEE training sessions.

- Develop individual learning plans tailored to student needs.
- Foster an inclusive, supportive, and culturally safe learning setting.
- Monitor learner progress and maintain accurate student records.
- Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Support learners to achieve their education and employment goals.
- Liaise with employers, referral agencies, and community stakeholders where appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with the SEE Program requirements and organisational policies.

Essential

Criteria - A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. Bachelor of Education or equivalent).

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent), where required.




- Demonstrated experience teaching adult learners.
- Strong knowledge of language, literacy, numeracy, and digital skills development.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage learners from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.
- Current Working with Children Check (where applicable).
- National Police Check. Desirable - Experience delivering government-funded employment or foundation skills programs.
- Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) learners, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander learners, or learners with additional support needs.
- Knowledge of the Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF) and the Digital Literacy Skills Framework (DLSF).
