The Apollo Restaurant Group in Sydney is expanding with two recent restaurants opening in Wunderlich Lane. Two experienced Restaurant Managers will lead these venues from opening day, building a team, shaping culture and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
As Restaurant Manager you will oversee day-to-day operations, maintain high standards, recruit and develop staff, control labour and costs, and work closely with kitchen and leadership teams to ensure every service is exceptional.
