Business Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be a trusted advisor to our clients in the NDIS, Aged Care, and Home Care sectors, guiding them through setting up, structuring, and optimizing their business operations. This position combines strong industry expertise with commercial thinking to help clients establish, grow, optimise, and scale their organisations.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Delivery &
- Management:

Oversee and execute deliverables for client engagements, tracking timelines, milestones, and dependencies from initiation to completion.

- Client Advisory &

- Engagement:

Lead consultative client sessions, providing structured advice, maintaining professional communication, and resolving queries promptly.

- Operational Compliance &

- Quality Assurance:

Support clients in interpreting complex operational requirements, ensuring all business documentation is audit-ready and aligned with industry standards.

- Commercial &

- Scope Management:

Track project progress against commercial objectives, proactively flagging scope creep or delivery risks to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

- Systems &

- Process Optimization:

Maintain accurate, real-time client records using CRM and project management tools, while contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes.

Required Experience and Competencies

- 7–10+ years' leadership or senior management experience within one or more regulated care sectors.

- Demonstrated experience in NDIS, Aged Care and/or Home Care.

- Solid operational leadership and business management experience.

- Experience improving organisational performance, operational efficiency, or business growth.

- Experience working with executive leadership teams and key stakeholders.

Highly Desirable

- MBA or Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline.

- Experience supporting organisations through business setup, service expansion, or organisational growth.

- Previous consulting experience
